POORVAXXXPRESS is a musical project of multidisciplinary artist Poorva Singh. Poorva is Interested in exploring the sensuality of the voice, off-beat production, and intimate and frank songwriting. Poorva has most recently released her debut project “delayed departure”, a 5-track EP featuring eclectic production, it is an extremely vulnerable sound collage exploring themes of grief, self-sabotage, and finding hope in scared spaces: such as voice notes from friends and recurring dreams of skies turning purple.
In her previous releases such as “MR. BLAME”, “THANK YOU, LOVE” and “EYES CLOSED”, Poorva has also focused on decoding musical territories of R&B, Rap, and Pop. Departing from that which is known, Poorva is excited to explore and reconcile her various interests from Indie-folk to alternative rap in upcoming projects, to deliver songs that excavate the intricacies of the human experience.
